Refund & Exchange Policy

• We offer both Refund and Exchange services.
• Refund or Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• To request a refund, the customer must return the product to our provided return address.
• The product must be unused and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed.
• Return courier/shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
• For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
